An official, Jaime José López Badía, of Embassy of the Republic of El Salvador accompanied Hugo

Fernanadez and Ernesto Velazquez, public Café institute, to Chihlee University of Technology where they

sought an opportunity to establishinterships and study program of Café for students in the future. They had

a meeting with Dean Lin, College of International Business and Foreign Language, and professors of

Department of Applied English and Department of Leisure and Recreation Management to discuss the details

of Café Exchange Project that discovered the academic foundation between Taiwan and El Salvador.

Moreover,Presdient Shan Shih-Chang, welcomed these three guests and had Café chat in the coffee library.

At the end of the visit, President Shan took photo with them and looked forward to the opportunity

for further cooperation.
