Mission
Our College is to cultivate talents with intelligent innovation and application ability as well as business management professional services with high ethics. In order to strengthen regional key industry linkages and to expand international integration as our specialty, the College aims to become a "Smart innovation practice-oriented first-class business management college", and "Business service integration, management professional solicitation" is the educational goal to meet the needs of the industry and career development.

Vision
1. Develop Adaptive Education
The College is producing self-designed teaching materials which is suitable for the selective courses of the College o improve the teaching quality and setting up unified examination method to objectively evaluate students' learning effectiveness.
2. Promote cross-domain integrated research
Two groups of teacher cross-domain research communities are established every year, and 80% of the teachers allocation in the College will be completed within five years, and each group will produce at least one industry-related research report every year.
3. Integrate resources in the College
The software and hardware of the existing departments, professional classrooms and Scenario Simulation Classrooms are newly established or integrated year by year to improve the resource allocation efficiency .
4. Strengthen inter-academic cooperation
A. The college reviews and revises the comprehensive effectiveness of the cross-domain credits courses year by year. In addition, enhancing the cooperation with the College of Innovation and Design and the College of International Business and Foreign Languages, integrated new design thinking and global market development concepts will be included into the credits course to attract diversified participation from the University, hence these courses will be evaluated or new credit course will be established once every five years.

5. Building the international perspective
A. At least 30 outstanding students are selected by the College to go overseas for study, internship, and academic exchanges every year. They are responsible for organizing the experience sharing sessions and serve as teaching assistant for the international related courses after returning from overseas.
B. Each department in the College holds an international week every year to enhance cross-cultural value recognition.

Program Planning
In order to ensure the learning quality and depth of basic business courses, the content, class scale and teaching materials will be unified. While considering the future employment, and workplace ethics of students, the College establishes corporate ethics and career planning to help students having a better understanding of various workplaces.
